What is it all about?

If you want to spend four and a half months in paradise and do something challenging, rewarding and constructive while you are at it, this is the program for you.

The program is not designed to be the cheapest or fastest way to get the Divemaster qualification but designed to be a fun way of gaining an enormous amount of real hands on experience in a busy, working shop, whilst building up a lot of dives. In other words it is for people who are interested in getting into the dive industry. Maybe you want to know what it is like working professionally with diving or you may already have decided to become an instructor.

 Our candidates have the highest employment success rate on the island simply because potential employers can take one look at their log book and know they are getting someone who actually knows, as apposed to only theoretically knowing what they are doing.

Basically the arrangement goes; we train you from minimum open water diver through Advanced OW, Rescue, EFR, and, Divemaster. In return, when you are ready, you will assist your instructors with divers and students progressing to independently guiding qualified divers on all the sites accessible from Phi Phi- very simple really.

What if you don’t like it? Any internee can opt out of the internship at any time; your liability financially is only going to be the cost of the courses you have completed. Having said that, we accept only a limited number of interns at a time so if you are interested we will send you a more detailed explanation of how it all works and you can of course ask what you want to know as much as possible before you get here.

We offer of course all the courses individually with the prices as advertised on the courses page of this site so if you don’t want to do an internship you can take the same path piece by piece.
